Billing and Charges
Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received in full 3 working days prior to the course start date. A one-week tuition deposit must be paid immediately upon booking by credit card or by bank transfer. No new bookings will be received after Wednesday for programmes starting the following Monday. A booking confirmation will only be sent when the full payment has been received. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).
Cancellation Authorization Policy
If you find that the product you've purchased doesn't meet your expectations, we want to ensure you have options available. You have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund. However, please note that refunds are subject to our discretion. Various factors, including our payment processing partners' capabilities and statutory regulations, may influence the refund process. It's essential to act promptly within this timeframe, as requests made beyond the 14 days will not be eligible for consideration.
At Company, we value fairness and transparency. Should we detect any misuse or abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension.
Liability for Breaches
- Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, if the customer is found to be in breach of any of the provisions of this clause.
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the customer's use of the Company site or any part thereof or any breach of this Agreement.
Profile Details
You will set up an account with each Network you join and participate in. When you set up a profile with any Network, we treat registration information according to our Privacy Policy. Your name and contact information will be made available to your Host. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
